| Sisu: | <p>Peer-Review and Conference Abstract Management System</p> <p>Conference-Expert Peer-Review and Conference Abstract Management System is designed to be handy, simple and straightforward and many complex features have been intentionally omitted.</p> <p>Main features of our web-based abstract management application: • Preparation (writing explanatory texts and defining tracks) • Abstract submission • Abstract review • Abstract management (assigning reviewers, and accepting or rejecting abstracts) • Export of accepted abstracts for printed abstract book • Online abstract book • Integration with event schedule (if we are commissioned to provide this service) • Responsive design (works equally well in desktop, tablet, phablet or smartphone) • Can be branded as part of event website (if we are commissioned to provide this service) or our own standrad-branded website The key-points: - submitter and track reviewer do not need to create profiles (reviewers access will be url-based and url would include unique hash for simplified security and that can be implemented for submitter if there is need to implement the changing of submissions) - abstract manager will have username/password based access - abstract submitter will choose a suitable track and submit structured abstract with 7 fields: Submitters data, Title, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Short Abstract for printing - after submission the submitter receives confirmation with text "Submission of an abstract implies the submitter's agreement to register for the conference and pay the appropriate conference registration fee. If the abstract is not accepted by the Scientific Committee, the submitter can request reimbursement of registration fee (written application is required)" - track reviewer receives in e-mail abstract-urls and gives to the abstract score 1-5 - abstract manager can have a look at list view of sumbitted abstracts to be accepted or rejected in the next view, list view includes mathematical mean of reviews - our abstract submission application will be fully responsive</p> <p>Pricing: - Application set-up, hosting, collection of abstracts 550.00 eur + VAT - Abstract Management (communication with submitters, reviewers, review coordination, reports) by CLIENT - Abstract Management training and reviewer set-up 150.00 eur (up to 10 reviewers) + VAT - Abstract book - tba </p> |
